Your spreadsheet
needs a holiday.

Somewhere in your business, one overworked spreadsheet is holding everything together. I fix the processes, systems and integrations behind it, so the work stops living in spreadsheets and people's heads.

Sound familiar?

These are the problems businesses bring me in for, from data typed into three systems to an ERP project that's gone sideways. Each card shows how I'd fix it.

Five ways to retire the spreadsheet.

I watch how your operation runs, then design the fix and see it through to go-live myself.

Something isn't working, and you can't say what. I map how work moves through your business and systems, find where time and money leak, and hand you a plan that says what to fix first.

Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, D365 Finance & Operations and NAV, set up around your stock, warehousing, purchasing and finance. I've supported more than 60 companies' Dynamics setups, so I know where they go wrong.

ERP, online store, warehouse, transport: I define the interfaces and field mappings between them and test them end to end. I read the code with your developers, and I build the smaller integrations myself.

Reports pull straight from your systems, so your team skips the week of copy and paste at month-end. A reconciliation screen shows you a mismatch the day it happens. I set up the dashboards and build the smaller reports myself.

    A quick chat

A video call about the job that eats your week. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll tell you on the call.

  2. 2–3 weeks

    Health check

I spend time with the people doing the work and follow a real order through your systems. You get a written list of fixes, biggest payoff first.

  3. Quoted per project

    The fix

I design the changes and test them with your team before anything goes live. The smaller builds I do myself. On bigger ones I work alongside your developers or an external partner and keep the project on track.

  4. Monthly

    Keep it flowing

Call me when something new comes up, or keep me on as your systems lead, and I'll fix the next problem before anyone builds a spreadsheet around it.

Meet Stefano.

Stefano Boffino, founder of Fluxtech Australia-wide Hands-on Made in Italy

I started in 2005 in the IT team at Dolce & Gabbana in Milan, then moved to London to learn English and spent the next seven years inside Microsoft Dynamics: supporting more than 60 companies at a Microsoft Gold Partner, running global systems for Finlays and reshaping Sofa.com's ERP around its warehouse and deliveries. In Australia I led client projects at VML, then connected Centurion's transport systems to its new ERP.

One day I'm going through the month-end numbers with a CFO, the next I'm on the warehouse floor watching how orders get picked. If something you've asked for won't save anyone time, I'll tell you before you spend money on it.

ERP partner, agency or IT provider? I also work alongside delivery teams as the business-side lead, as I did for clients at VML.

Been there, fixed that.

What changed at each place I've worked, from luxury fashion in Milan to logistics in Perth.

An ERP that runs the warehouse

Sofa.com brought me in to get more out of Microsoft Dynamics across the warehouse, deliveries and finance. I mapped those processes end to end, agreed priorities with the CEO, then delivered the changes one by one, including SMS delivery alerts sent straight from the ERP.

  • Delivery routes: 3 days → 1 hour
  • 80% fewer missed deliveries
  • Stock checks: quarterly → weekly

Invoices out in ten minutes

Centurion was moving its invoicing off an old in-house system. I mapped how finance worked and tested the new platform with the people using it every day. Then I designed a screen that shows when invoices don't match between systems.

  • Invoicing tasks: 3–4 hours → 10 minutes
  • Mismatches between systems spotted in seconds

One ERP from London to China

As Business Systems Manager reporting to the CFO, I built a common core Dynamics NAV system, so each new office went live on something already built.

  • 5 offices on one ERP
  • China live within 6 months
  • 23 offices, one set of financials

36 client projects in three years

I took VML's client projects from the first workshop to launch, for clients including Nestlé, Costa Group and Brisbane's South Bank.

  • South Bank: 4 websites merged into 1
  • Costa Group: 25% more farm-job sign-ups

Where it started

Four years in the IT team, from the manufacturing ERP through to warehousing and logistics integration. It's where I learnt how goods move through a business.
